How to translate Cookie Notice for GDPR & CCPA

This tutorial will guide you on how to translate the Cookie Notice for GDPR & CCPA by dFactory.

Falang use the WPML string translation system allow the translation of the string (icl_t and wpml_translate_single_string)

With Falang installed and publsihed you can translate all the strings. The first step is to configure properly your languages. In this exemple the default language is English, with 2 other language French and German. It's work with non latin language too like greek, russian, chinese...
Navigate to the string translation

From the String translation page that page that opens up, filter the group by Cookie Notice from the drop down as shown below:

We will open the transaltion for privacy policy string , the translation is in soft italic grey , this mean the translation don't exist. you can edit or delete the string translation here.

The string policy string is changed to Accept in French indicating the translated text in French. On loading the website, the cookie accept button will be as shown below:
